As a catalyst for urban redevelopment, the University’s Inveresk precinct exemplifies how education precincts can spearhead urban rejuvenation, embedding sustainability, truth-telling, design excellence, heritage, and innovation at its core.

The judges were impressed by the reuse of heritage spaces and the sensitive integration of new buildings combining sustainable design and functionality for a modern educational facility.
