This section of the Super PLANET will comprise 1 hour/units of legislative compliance and 1 hour/unit of governance under the PDI Act. Victoria Shute from Kelledy Jones Lawyers will take attendees through the development assessment process from ensuring correct governance structures are in place for relevant authorities, submission and verification of a development application through to representations, referrals determination, conditions, reserve matters, development approvals and certificates of occupancy – a legislative requirement that is highly relevant to planners and planning conditions under the PDI Act.
