She specialises in the preparation and management of development applications across a variety of local government areas in QLD, with a particular focus on delivering approval and implementation strategies for complex projects. Erin has also been involved in a variety of Planning and Environment Court and Land Court matters where she has prepared affidavits to assist with minor change applications, extension applications and declaratory proceedings, and has acted as an independent expert witness.
