How has COVID impacted development assessment?
The COVID 19 pandemic has seen substantial impacts around the world, including impacts in the development applications and approvals. The Queensland Government has taken several steps to help mitigate the impacts of the pandemic and this seminar will discuss:
- What powers the Queensland government has used?
- What has changed in the legislation?
- What are the ongoing impacts for development applications and approvals?
The discussion will also cover any relevant case law.

He specialises in the areas of town planning and environment law, advising on all aspects of property development, environmental matters, land use, acquisition, land valuation and infrastructure charging matters.
