What is the infrastructure charging legislation and what can be conditioned?

This seminar will provide an introduction to the infrastructure charging legislation in Queensland and provide information on:

• trunk vs non trunk infrastructure
• which entities are able to charge for infrastructure
• what can be charged for
• can infrastructure charges be appealed
• what is the power of the Court
