The submission demonstrates a highly rigorous and analytical approach to local context analysis, through extensive utilisation of primary and secondary sources, to propose a solution that balances sustainable design, creativity, heritage preservation and community engagement.
The judges were particularly impressed with the level of detail, complexity of outcomes produced, and understanding and analysis of complex planning constraints and opportunities in the project report.
