Outdoor Bushtucker Talk & Taste
Friday 10.45am-11.45am
On K'gari (Fraser Island), our bush provided foods and medicine for both the Butchulla and early European settlers. Learn how to identify this rich source of Australian food and find out how it can be used in everyday life. There are also opportunities to touch, smell and taste the flavours of the Fraser Island bush.
This session showcases ‘Bush Tucker Talk & Taste and is an interactive seated presentation on Indigenous cooking techniques’.
