Luc Richard has over 15 years of experience in the Australian water industry, he has held various roles, including working for a catchment protection group and serving as a regulator for the Victorian water sector.

In 2012, Luc moved to Tasmania to join TasWater, where he was pivotal in transforming the state’s drinking water systems, which ultimately led to the removal of all of Tasmania’s boil water alerts.

More recently, Luc shifted his focus to Sustainability and Climate change. He lead’s TasWater’s newest team, which is dedicated to Climate change adaptation, greenhouse gas reduction, renewable energy and the circular economy.
